We've streamlined our process so you can spend less time on the phone and more time in the saddle. Our mechanics at Zephyr Bike Works treat every bike like their own. Whether it's a routine tune-up or a complex hydraulic bleed, we're here to help.

Drop-off Instructions: Simply bring your bike to 1094 Putnam Avenue at your selected time. We'll perform a quick intake assessment on the spot.

Before You Book

We generally prefer to supply parts to ensure compatibility and warranty standards. However, for specialized custom builds, we're happy to discuss it. Note that we cannot offer a warranty on labor for customer-supplied components.

Standard tune-ups are usually completed within 48 hours. If we need to order specific parts for your rig, it might take 3-5 business days. We'll text you as soon as it's ready.

Space is tight in Brooklyn! We ask that you pick up your bike within 3 days of completion. After that, a small daily storage fee of $5 applies to keep things moving.
