Welcome to Zephyr Bike Works. We're stoked to help you keep your wheels spinning perfectly. By visiting our shop at 1094 Putnam Avenue or using our booking system, you're agreeing to the rules of the road we've set out below.

Ever wondered why legal text can't be as smooth as a fresh gear shift? While we try to keep things simple, it's vital we cover the essentials concerning liability, service warranties, and late-pickup fees.

Whether it's a simple flat fix or a complete custom build, we treat every bike like it's our own. However, parts availability fluctuates in the current market, and we'll always notify you if your turnaround time needs to shift.

1. Service Appointments

We value your time. If you can't make your booking, give us a heads-up 24 hours in advance. Life happens, we get it, but it helps us keep our mechanics as productive as possible.

2. Payment and Estimates

No one likes surprises on the bill. We provide detailed estimates before we begin any work. If we find something hidden—like a cracked frame or a seized bottom bracket—we'll pause and call you before spending an extra dime.

3. Storage Policy

Space at our New York location is tight. Please pick up your completed ride within 48 hours of our "Ready for Pickup" notification. After that, a daily storage fee may apply so we can keep the shop floor clear for the next rider.
